LEGAL TERMS OF THE GIVEAWAY

1. Purpose of the Draw Through these terms (the "Terms"), Coast Bcn Brand S.L. with registered office at Mataró, camí del mig 125, 08302 Mataró, and C.I.F. B16783698 ("Coast Bcn"), announces the present Draw, free of charge, aimed at users of the Instagram platform (the "Participants") under the terms described below (the "Draw").

2. Participants All Participants who meet all the requirements described below (the "Requirements") may participate in the Draw: Be of legal age or, in the case of persons under 18, attach the express authorization of the legal guardians in the registration form. Follow the Coast Bcn Instagram account: @coast.bcn Participants must comment on the brand's Instagram post by tagging 1 friend during the participation period. In addition, they must share the post on their personal account from the official Coast Bcn account. Accept these Legal Terms.

3. Theme and Operation of the Draw The Draw will consist, on the part of the Participants, of sharing the Coast Bcn post on their individual Instagram accounts. Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If a Participant is detected participating with multiple Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified.

4. Announcement Participants can participate in the Draw from June 2, 2024, to June 4, 2024. The Draw will last 48 hours from the post's publication on the official Coast Bcn account on the previously indicated date.

5. Winners and Prizes Winners will be chosen randomly. Winners will be announced throughout the draw on Coast Bcn's social profiles. On June 3, 2024, 75 winners will be announced, and on June 4, 2024, another 75 winners will be announced. The prizes will be as follows: 150 Coast Bcn sweatshirts (the "Sweatshirts"); and, if the Coast Bcn Instagram account reaches 150,000 followers before 8:00 p.m. on June 4, 2024, there will be an additional prize of a salary of €2000/month for one year (the "Salary", along with the Sweatshirts, the "Prizes"). The Sweatshirts will be awarded to 150 different winners. Once the winners are contacted by Coast Bcn via direct Instagram message, they must respond indicating the desired size, their full address, and phone number to proceed with the shipment. If the chat is not open, the Participant will be automatically disqualified, unable to claim the Sweatshirts or take any legal action against Coast Bcn. Winners must respond to the private Instagram chat within a maximum of 24 hours. If the winners do not respond to the private chat within 24 hours, a new winner will be designated, and the previous one will not be able to claim the Sweatshirts in question or take any legal action against Coast Bcn. The cost of shipping the garments is not included. The garments will be a surprise and cannot be chosen by the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered. The prize shipment may be delayed or interrupted in the event of force majeure, internal logistical problems, pandemic, natural disasters, etc. If the Coast Bcn Instagram account reaches 150,000 followers, Coast Bcn will randomly select a single winner from the Participants to offer a gross salary of €2000/month for one year. Communication will be made via direct Instagram message, and the Salary winner must respond within a maximum of 24 hours. If the chat is not open, or if they do not respond within the mentioned 24 hours, the Participant will be automatically disqualified, unable to claim the Salary or take any legal action against Coast Bcn. The Salary will be delivered to the winner at the end of each month. If the winners are minors, they may claim the sweatshirt prize but will not be able to claim the €2000/month salary for one year; majority age is a mandatory requirement. The Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for their cash value or any other compensation. The commercialization or sale of the Prizes is prohibited.

6. Publication of Comments or Opinions Comments or opinions whose content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, injurious, or discriminatory or that could infringe third-party rights will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image will also not be allowed. We are not responsible for damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Draw that may offend other Participants. Participation in the Draw and the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts may not, under any circumstances, violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Instagram's Terms of Use.

7. Data Protection Coast Bcn complies with the current legislation on personal data protection, particularly concerning the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights ("LOPDGDD") and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). Regarding the personal data that we may access due to your participation in this Draw, they will be processed to manage your participation in the Draw, including the organization, execution, and delivery of the Prizes of the promotion. This processing is necessary for your participation in the Draw and is carried out based on the relationship initiated with your participation in it. The legal basis for processing your personal data is established in Article 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, where applicable, portability, deletion, and limitation of processing legally guaranteed before the data controller and address any queries to the Coast Bcn data protection coordinator: info@coastbcn.com Notwithstanding the above, as a data subject, you may file any complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority.

8. Responsibility Every Participant in the Draw understands and accepts that Coast Bcn is not responsible for errors, losses, or irregularities that may occur when sending information, caused by communication interferences or any other error or omission resulting from telecommunications, traffic, congestion, or Internet connection problems, or any other cause not attributable to Coast Bcn. Coast Bcn is not directly or indirectly responsible for damages arising from participation in the draw. Likewise, it is not responsible for any technical, telecommunications, traffic, congestion, or Internet connection issues. Coast Bcn will only be liable for damages caused intentionally, through gross negligence, or by breaching essential contractual obligations.

9. Exclusion In case of possible infringement of participation rules, Coast Bcn reserves the right to exclude the offender without prior notice and prevent their participation. If a customer tries to purchase more items than the price with its own discount code, he has no right to claim the price and will be erased from our customer data basis. Participation of anyone using unauthorized means (e.g., hacking tools, viruses, trojans, etc.) will be discarded. Anyone participating on behalf of third parties (with or without their knowledge or consent) may also be excluded. Participation in the Draw through gaming groups, automatic services, or professional services is not allowed.

10. Modification or Early Termination Coast Bcn reserves the right to extend, within legally established limits, modify, shorten, or cancel the promotion if it deems it appropriate to improve its operation. Coast Bcn reserves the right to interrupt the Draw at any time without prior notice for reasons beyond its control. The organizer will be obliged to make this decision for technical reasons (e.g., virus in the system, manipulation or hardware or software failures, etc.), if Coast Bcn Brand S.L.'s annual balance sheet is negative, or if for legal reasons the Draw cannot be conducted according to the established Terms. If the cessation is due to inappropriate behavior by any Participant, the organizer will have the right to claim damages against them.

11. Taxes The Prizes subject to this Draw will be subject to the applicable tax legislation in force at any time. The value of the Prizes is, in some cases, subject to withholding and income tax. For this reason, winners must provide the necessary data before receiving the Prizes to issue the corresponding tax certificate. Apart from this contribution, the tax obligations of the winners will be their responsibility, releasing Coast Bcn from any other responsibility. Coast Bcn reserves the right to request the D.N.I. to issue the corresponding tax certificates. Participation in the Draw implies the acceptance of these Terms without reservations.

12. Disagreements In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy, Participants' claims must be addressed in writing to Coast Bcn, at the address indicated at the beginning of these Terms, which, in accordance with current legislation, will channel the claim to the corresponding agent. Each Participant undertakes, in case of difficulties that may arise regarding the application or interpretation of the Terms, and before taking any contentious action, to try to reach an amicable solution with Coast Bcn. These Terms are subject to Spanish law.
