OFFICIAL RULES OF THE “SCRATCH AND WIN” BLACK FRIDAY 2024 PROMOTION - COAST BCN
COAST BCN BRAND S.L., with tax ID B16783698, and registered address at Camí del Sant Crist, 2-4, no. 26, Mataró, Spain, hereinafter COAST BCN, is organizing the “Scratch and Win” promotion for Black Friday 2024, governed by the following official rules.
1. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The purpose of the “Scratch and Win” promotion is to reward the first 1,000 customers of COAST BCN with a guaranteed prize and the chance to participate in a final drawing to win a free weekend getaway in a camper van, according to the terms detailed in this document.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will run from November 18, 2024, to November 30, 2024 (both dates inclusive). Only orders placed within this period and among the first 1,000 processed will be eligible to receive a “Scratch and Win” prize, as outlined in these rules.
3. PROMOTION DETAILS
3.1 Distribution of the “Scratch and Win” Scratch Cards: The first 1,000 orders placed on the COAST BCN website during the Black Friday promotion period will receive a “Scratch and Win” scratch card at no extra charge, with a guaranteed prize.
3.2 Scratch Card Prizes:
• 700 discount codes for 10% off
• 200 discount codes for 15% off
• 95 discount codes for 20% off
• 5 discount codes for 100% off
3.3 Redeeming Discount Codes:
• Discount codes are redeemable exclusively on the COAST BCN website from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025.
• Each code is single-use and applicable to one purchase only on the COAST BCN online store.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, transferred to other people, or exchanged for their cash value.
4. FINAL DRAWING
4.1 Grand Prize Drawing: At the end of the redemption period for “Scratch and Win” prizes, on January 31, 2025, a drawing will be held among participants to randomly select a winner who will receive a free weekend in a BAOVANS camper van, subject to the conditions specified below.
4.2 Announcement of the Winner:
• The winner will be announced on the Instagram stories of the @coast.bcn account on January 31, 2025.
• COAST BCN will also contact the winner by email using the address provided with their order.
4.3 Grand Prize Terms and Conditions:
• The camper van weekend prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person without BAOVANS’ prior written authorization.
• The winner will have 12 months to redeem their prize, subject to BAOVANS’ availability.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE
5.1 Driver Requirements:
• The driver of the camper van must be at least 25 years old and must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
5.2 Usage Voucher:
• The prize voucher is non-transferable, except with prior written authorization from BAOVANS.
• The voucher cannot be sold; any attempt to sell the voucher will result in its cancellation.
5.3 Camper Van Use:
• The voucher entitles the winner to use the camper van “Lombra” free of charge for one weekend (Saturday and Sunday), subject to availability.
• The camper van can be picked up from 6:00 p.m. on Friday and must be returned by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
• If the winner wishes to extend the use of the camper van from Monday to Friday, they may do so at their own expense, based on BAOVANS’ standard rates.
• The campervan pickup location is subject to availability and to the pickup points offered by the company BAOVANS.
5.4 Mileage Limit:
• The prize includes a mileage limit of 400 km for the weekend. For extended use, an additional daily limit of 200 km applies.
5.5 Reservation and Availability:
• The use of the camper van is subject to availability. BAOVANS agrees to provide reasonable availability for the prize reservation within the 12-month redemption period.
• BAOVANS may not unreasonably deny or delay the winner’s reservation. A lack of available reservation options within the 12-month period will constitute a breach of these rules.
5.6 Additional Rental Terms:
• The use of the camper van is subject to BAOVANS’ standard rental terms and conditions. The winner must agree to these terms as part of their use of the prize.
6. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights. Data will be used exclusively to manage the promotion and notify the winner, and will be deleted once the promotion concludes.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the “Scratch and Win” promotion implies full acceptance of these official rules by all participants. Any breach of these rules may result in disqualification from the promotion.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other applicable jurisdiction.
These official rules will be published on the COAST BCN website so that all participants can access and review them at any time.
